General Guidelines
Teacher from any authorized school can register and participate natively on HEM Virtues.
Registration follows a clean, easy process under the main 'Teacher Onboarding' link layers.
Once complete, you are redirected immediately to your automated personal dashboard workspace.
Your workspace metrics accurately reflect, track, and update all active user contributions live.
NEP-Based Grade Wise Value Evaluation
The portal covers a total of 50 foundational values distributed across 4 main operational matrix categories.
Every value sector features instructional video components and complementary download content guides available as PDF sheets.
Core testing parameters consist of 5 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) sourced directly from the explained context tutorial videos.
Each value carries an academic weight of 80 marks (MCQs add 1 mark each, while practical tasks deliver up to 5 marks).
Cumulatively, completing all 50 structural items maps directly to an active total score matrix of 4,000 marks.
Bonus System Trigger: Students finishing all 5 core values in a bracket get rewarded with 400 additional bonus points.
Based on participation thresholds, qualifying achievers will secure Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, or Bronze rankings.
Top metric achievers from each institution will receive honors from the HEMA Foundation at our flagship annual Hemostav Ceremony event.
Guidelines For Task Evaluation
Every core value is parsed out into 12 detailed assignment segments (including Accelerated Learning and Moral Stories structures).
Tasks require hands-on student participation and are reviewed directly by school teachers using criteria guidelines provided alongside the task.
Certification Milestones: Automated, co-branded secure digital E-Certificates are unlocked upon completion of performance milestones.
To satisfy certification rules, students must answer at least 3 out of 5 MCQs correctly on a topic and maintain a 50% weekly execution rate in the practical segments.
